- possibly supplemented with a MBA or Promotion

- overseas experience

Assignment:
As an executer a “DO-person” of our organisational consulting business you will work the whole week at the clients site. We emphasize that you are not only capable of developing concepts, but also executing them. It is essential to work constantly with employees of our clients on all hierarchy levels.
This requires a high level of social competence and joy in working with people. The success based remuneration of our projects requires consultants that are capable to deliver results – on time and with the highest level of quality.
